- How does the price checker work?
- It reads the public product pages of both stores, matches the products they have in common (by SKU, catalog ID or matching title and brand) and compares the prices it finds.
- Does it work for any online store?
- It reads Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento, Wix, Squarespace and many other platforms, and falls back to the store's sitemap. Very large stores can take a few minutes, and a few block automated visitors.
- Is it accurate?
- It shows only matches it is confident about, so some shared products are left out. Prices are the lowest variant price on each listing, so check a product page before acting on one gap.
- Do I need an account?
- No. Nothing is saved to an account. Create one if you want the stores tracked automatically, with price-change alerts and a review step for uncertain matches.
